I am delighted to join Emma Talks -discussion series of Espoo Museum of Modern Art on the meaning of art in society. My discussion partners are architect Asmo Jaaksi, designer Katja Soini and the head curator of Emma Henna Paunu.
The exhibition, which premiered at Kunsthalle Helsinki in October 2015, looks beyond the opinions and statistics of a cross-section of the Finnish population as 100 individuals address sensitive topics in the intimacy of their own homes. The interviewees try to pinpoint experiences and influences that play a role on how their opinions are shaped.
